1. Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through the online shop
Eden by Intersmile by consumers and entrepreneurs.

3. Offer and Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an non-binding invitation to order.

By completing the ordering process, you submit a binding offer to purchase.

The contract is concluded as soon as we confirm your order by email.

4. Prices and Shipping Costs

All prices include statutory value-added tax.

Additional shipping costs are shown separately during the ordering process.

5. Delivery

Delivery is made by our partners and suppliers directly to the address specified by the customer.

Delivery time is usually between 5 and 14 business days, but may vary depending on the product.

We will inform you immediately of any delivery delays.

6. Payment

The following payment methods are offered:

  • Klarna

Payment is due immediately upon order.

7. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal.

8. Returns

Returns must be registered in advance by email.

The return address will be communicated to the customer after review.

The buyer bears the cost of return, unless otherwise agreed.

Unpaid returns will not be accepted.

9. Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment.

10. Warranty

The statutory warranty rights apply.

11. Liability

We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence.

In cases of slight negligence, we are only liable for the breach of essential contractual obligations.

We are not obliged and not willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
