Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Eden Immobilienverw. GmbH, intersmile1301@gmail.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., by email).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication regarding your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments we have received from you (with the exception of delivery costs, if additional costs were incurred due to a different type of delivery) without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal.

For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction.

Return of Goods

You must return the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract, to the return address provided by us.

Important: Please contact us before returning the item so that we can provide you with the correct return address.

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

Cost of Return

You, as the buyer, bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

Condition of the Goods

You only have to pay for any diminished value of the goods if this diminished value is due to handling that was not necessary for checking the quality, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
